4 single-portion sea bass 
2 lemons 
1 glass of white wine 
2 garlic cloves 
flour 
extra virgin olive oil
salt and chilli pepper

Valfrutta Fine Pulp

Valfrutta Fine Pulp has a fresh and intense fragrance, as it is made from only carefully selected tomatoes, picked and canned on the same day. A dense, creamy and finely chopped pulp, ideal for anyone who loves the natural flavour of tomatoes.

Preparation:

Grease the bottom of a baking dish. Place the tomato sauce on the bottom and add the wine and the crushed garlic. Coat the sea bass in flour and then cover it in the tomato sauce, making sure it is coated on all sides. Cut the lemon into slices and place them onto the fish. Salt and pepper to taste and seal with aluminium foil. Bake in the oven for 45' at 170°.
