Canederli dumplings with peas and parsley


1 400g. can of Valfrutta Petit Pois, picked and canned on the same day
50g. of grated Parmesan cheese 
1 small bunch of parsley
1 meat stock cube 
100g. of breadcrumbs 
1 egg, salt and pepper

Prepare this recipe with:


Crush the peas with a fork in a bowl to obtain a purée. Add the egg and the parsley. Mix thoroughly and add the cheese and breadcrumbs. Leave to rest for 5 minutes and use your hands to form little balls the size of walnuts. Prepare the broth using and stock cube and 1 litre of water, lower the heat and add the dumplings. Cook for 5' and serve.
