Preparation:

Warm half the cream in a small saucepan, add half the chocolate, remove from the heat and mix thoroughly to obtain a smooth cream, pour it onto the bottom of 4 glasses or bowls. Whip the remaining cream and mix in the apple and banana and the shortbread biscuits crumbled with your hands into a bowl. Mix together and pour into the glasses. Chop the remaining chocolate and use it to decorate the surface.
