1 chicken breast
1 lemon 
1 teaspoon of curry powder 
extra virgin olive oil

Valfrutta Lentils have a unique flavour and consistency, because they are cooked using a natural process which retains all their intrinsic goodness. They are tender and tasty and full of vitamins, protein, fibre and essential substances for our bodies. They are ideal for preparing delicious soups, second courses and single dishes.


Place the curry powder in a small dish and add the grated lemon rind. Brush the chicken with the condiment. Sauté in a little oil in a casserole over a low heat. Remove the cooking oil and add ½ litre of water and the drained lentils. Salt and pepper to taste and cook for 10'. When ready to serve, remove the chicken breast, use a fork to hold it still and cut it into small cubes and place them on the lentil cream.
