3 spoonfuls of Valfrutta Diced Tomatoes
picked and canned on the same day
2 250g. cans of Valfrutta Steamed Cannellini Beans
onion
salt and pepper
one garlic clove
oregano

Steamed Cannellini beans

Ingredients: Cannellini beans, water, salt.

Tender beans with a light and delicate flavour. Full of fibre and with a high protein content, Valfrutta Cannellini beans make healthy eating tastier.

Valfrutta Steamed Cannellini beans are available in a 150 g can 3-pack.

Preparation:

Sauté the Cannellini beans with the onion and the garlic, add the Valfrutta Diced Tomatoes. Wait a few minutes for the onion and garlic to brown, then blend everything (remove the garlic if you do not like it), add a pinch of salt, pepper and oregano. Add the sauce to the Valfrutta Steamed Cannellini beans. This is a very simple and quick recipe, but very tasty. Enjoy!
