3 150g. cans of Valfrutta Steamed Chickpeas
250g. of Valfrutta Spinach
250g. of soft stracchino cheese
1 garlic clove,
2 spoonfuls of extra virgin olive oil
salt
parsley,

powder (or chilli powder)

Valfrutta Spinach is grown in Italy using the integrated farming method.
Steamed Chickpeas: delicious pulses, full of flavour, firm and compact because they are carefully processed. A natural source of fibre with a high protein content, Valfrutta Chickpeas make healthy eating tastier.
Clean and wash the Valfrutta Spinach, squeeze out all the liquid and sauté in a pan (with the lid at the start), with a little extra virgin olive oil and salt until soft; add the cumin, leave to develop flavour and turn off the heat. Drain the spinach and squeeze out the water, place on a plate and chop it finely. Add the stracchino cheese and mix with the fork to obtain a smooth and creamy mixture. Blend the Valfrutta Steamed Chickpeas with the parsley, salt, extra virgin olive oil and garlic without the germ, to form a smooth and compact mixture. Use the mixture to line the mini casseroles, fill them with the stracchino and spinach cream and cover with the chickpea paste. If you wish, bake in a fan oven at 200° for around 10 minutes, or serve raw.
