
Smooth Tomato Sauce
Valfrutta Smooth Tomato Sauce is available in a 200g. brick three-pack.
For the pizza base:
250g. of flour,
1/2 cup of milk,
1/2 teaspoon of sugar,
1/2 teaspoon of salt,
1 spoonful of extra virgin olive oil.
For the filling:
1 700g. glass bottle of Valfrutta Smooth Tomato Sauce
Dairy cheese
Mushrooms
Boiled potatoes
Oregano

Valfrutta Smooth Tomato Sauce is available in a 200g. brick three-pack.
Mix together all the ingredients for the pizza base to obtain a smooth dough, leave to rise for one and a half hours. Take the dough, roll out in a disc and form 8 wedges Place the sauce made of Valfrutta Smooth Tomato Sauce, the cheese, the mushrooms and the boiled potatoes on each wedge. To close, take the tip of the wedge and bring it inwards to obtain the points of a star, with sauce in the centre as well. Leave to rise for another half hour, sprinkle with oregano and bake in the oven at 170° for 20/25 minutes!
