250g. of Valfrutta Peeled Tomatoes
1 garlic clove as needed
parsley as needed

Clean, bone and scale the mullets. Sauté a chopped garlic clove and a little finely chopped parsley in a large pan over a high heat. Add the mullets, wait a few minutes and then turn them (carefully, they break easily). Add the Valfrutta Peeled Tomatoes, picked and canned on the same day, cut into large chunks, lower the heat, salt and leave to cook covered for around 10/15 minutes. Add the roughly chopped parsley when cooked and just before serving.
