400g. of pumpkin
1 leek
½ celery stalk
1 carrot
1 sprig of rosemary
extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper

Steamed Spelt

The fragrant, deep-brown beans are ready for use, perfect in soups, salads and side dishes. Steaming retains all the natural vitamins, mineral salts and fibres and, above all, their typical flavour and consistency.


Finely chop the leek, celery, rosemary, carrot and pumpkin. Add 1 litre of water, salt and pepper and cook for 20'. Blend with the immersion blender. Add the drained spelt, salt and pepper to taste and pour into the bowls. If you wish, you can accompany it with toast.
