1 lemon
100g. of smoked salmon

Valfrutta baby lettuce is grown in Italy using the integrated farming method, and its tender leaves are picked one by one at a very early stage of growing. The plants are sown very close together, so the long and slender leaves grow in close proximity to each other, giving them a fresh and delicate flavour. The product is already washed and cut, ready for use in a truly unique dish.

Preparation:

Cut the focaccia breads in two and spread the cheese on the lower half. Cover with the baby lettuce and add oil and salt to taste. Cover with the salmon slices and sprinkle with grated lemon rind. Close the focaccia bread and serve. You can use Tropea onions in place of the lemon, cut into wedges, as a tasty snack for an aperitif or picnic.
