Warm the milk without allowing it to boil and place it in the blender. Add the milk, a pinch of cinnamon and start the blender. Pour into 2 glasses and garnish with strawberry jam, allowing it to fall in the centre. You can vary the recipe by using a different Pulp and, in the summer, you can use drinking yoghurt or ice-cream in place of milk.
