1 yellow bell pepper
½ red onion

Valfrutta Bianchi di Spagna beans are big and tasty, because they are carefully selected and cooked naturally. Full of protein and fibre, they are an ideal part of a healthy and balanced diet and for use in fresh and tasty salads.

Preparation:

Clean and slice the pepper into strips. Place on the plates and cover with the drained beans. Garnish with the mozzarella, chopped dried tomatoes and onion slices. Mix oil, salt, pepper and oregano in a bowl, pour it over the salad and serve.
