The best 'Laird' green lentils are selected: these large green lentils, with a yellow seed lobe, are full of fibre and proteins. Healthy, tasty and light, they have an extremely low salt, fat and sugar content. They are traditionally used to make delicious soups with pearl barley and scrumptious side dishes.

Preparation:

Boil the lentils in salted water for 50 minutes. In the meantime, sauté the sliced leek and rosemary in 1 spoonful of oil. Add the cubes of bell pepper and sliced sausage. When the lentils are cooked, drain them and place them in the pan with the remaining ingredients, stir over the heat for 2 minutes and serve.
