Valfrutta Garden Peas are tender and sweet, because they are picked and canned on the same day. Delicious and natural, they are full of protein and fibre, for a healthy and balanced diet. Their size makes them ideal as a side dish or perfect in soups.

Preparation:

Finely chop the carrot and onion and place in a pan with 2 spoonfuls of oil. Sauté over a low heat for 2-3 minutes, then add the thoroughly drained peas. Add the wine and leave it to evaporate. Sprinkle with the pennyroyal and salt and pepper to taste. Thicken the pan juices, brush with a little oil and serve.
