Mexican-style chicken with Borlotti beans

Ingredients

2 400g. cans of Valfrutta Borlotti Beans, picked and canned on the same day
2 chicken breasts
1 teaspoon of cumin seeds
1 400g. can of Valfrutta Diced Tomatoes, picked and canned on the same day
1 red pepper
1 chive
1 fresh chilli pepper
4 flat breads
extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper

Preparation:

1 - Cut the chicken breast into strips and leave to marinate in a bowl with cumin, extra virgin oil, salt and pieces of chilli pepper.
2 - Heat a pan and sauté the chive and the strips of bell pepper in a little oil.                                                                    

3 - Add the chicken, the Borlotti beans and the chopped tomato and cook over a high heat for 5-6 minutes
4 - Serve the chicken wrapped in flat breads heated slightly in the toaster or in the microwave.
