250g. of fresh mascarpone cheese 
4 macaroons 
2 egg yolks
2 spoonfuls of sugar 
bitter cocoa powder

Valfrutta offers you the flavour and sweetness of the best pears, carefully selected and picked when they are perfectly ripe. Valfrutta Pears in syrup are delicious at the end of a meal, as a healthy and tasty dessert, and can also be used in delicious sweets, semi-frozen desserts and fruit salads


Place the egg yolks and sugar in a bowl and blend with an electric whisk until you obtain a smooth and foamy paste with no sugar crystals: you can also use a double saucepan for this, cooking the egg to avoid the risks associated with eating eggs raw. Add the mascarpone cheese and blend thoroughly. Crumble the macaroons on the bottom of 4 glasses and fill up to halfway with the cream. Add the pears, drained and chopped into cubes, and covering with the remaining cream. Refrigerate for 20' and sprinkle with cocoa powder before serving.
