Ingredients

150g. of Valfrutta dried Tondini Beans - Classic Products range
1 chive
120g. of short pasta
1 small bunch of coriander
1 spoonful of soy sauce
extra virgin olive oil
pepper

Preparation:

Boil 1.5 litres of water in a casserole. Add the sliced onion, the soy sauce, the coriander and the Tondini beans. Cook for 50 minutes over a low heat. Add the pasta 15 minutes before the end and leave to finish cooking. Serve garnished with oil.
