2 150g. cans of Valfrutta Steamed Borlotti beans
1/2 head of radicchio di Chioggia 
1 chive, 100g. of ricotta cheese 
2 spoonfuls of grated cheese 
1 egg, extra virgin olive oil 
salt and pepper

Steamed Borlotti beans

Valfrutta Steamed Borlotti Beans are big and tasty, because they are picked and canned on the same day. A tasty and natural product, quick and easy to use in any recipe, due to steaming, which retains their natural vitamins, fibre, mineral salts and proteins.


Sauté the sliced chive in a little oil, add the strips of radicchio and continue cooking. Drain the Borlotti beans and crush them with a fork on a plate, add the sautéed radicchio, the ricotta, the egg and the cheese, salt and pepper. Pour into 4 moulds and bake in the oven at 180° for 20'.
