Light Soup - The Healthy Soups range

Preparation:

Boil 1.5 litres of water in a casserole and add the Light Soup. Salt to taste, cover and cook for 30 minutes. Cut the tomatoes in half and remove the pulp and seeds, cut into cubes and place them in a bowl with the chopped mint and 2 spoonfuls of oil, salt and pepper. Serve the soup garnished with the marinated tomato, warm or cold in summer.
