The best of Puglia's traditional cuisine, in a cheerful and tasty mix which combines the sweetness of green peas and Cannellini beans with the strong flavour of broad beans and chickpeas. Preparation:

Boil 2 litres of water in a casserole and add the Puglia-style Soup. Remove the tips of the artichokes, cut them in half and remove the choke. Slice them and add them to the soup. Salt to taste, cover and cook for 45 minutes. Serve garnished with a little oil.
