50g. of grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon of oregano
extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper

Rich Soup - The Healthy Soups range

A healthy and nourishing soup, with mixed pulses and choice cereals. With its low fat content and all the fibre, protein it contains, Rich Soup is a source of iron and makes a filling and energy-boosting single dish. Full and inviting, Valfrutta Rich Soup makes healthy eating tastier.


Boil 2 litres of water in a casserole and add the Rich Soup. Salt to taste, cover and cook for 40 minutes. In the meantime, heat a non-stick frying pan. Spoon the Parmesan cheese onto the bottom of the pan and spread it with the back to obtain 4 discs. Sprinkle with the oregano and cook until the cheese starts to boil: remove from the heat and leave to cool. Serve the soup in bowls, garnished with the wafers.
