Preparation:

Boil 1 litre of water in a casserole and add the Umbrian-style Soup. Salt to taste, cover and cook for 40 minutes. Toast the slices of ham over a medium heat in a pan until they are crunchy, remove from the heat and place them on kitchen paper. Serve with the slices of ham and the marjoram.
