Valfrutta Fine Pulp

Valfrutta Fine Pulp has a fresh and intense fragrance, as it is made from only carefully selected tomatoes, picked and canned on the same day. A dense, creamy and finely chopped pulp, ideal for anyone who loves the natural flavour of tomatoes.

Preparation:

Place a large amount of oil, a garlic clove, the sage and tomato pulp in a casserole. Add the partially drained Cannellini beans, salt and pepper to taste and cover. Cook over a low heat for 6-8 minutes. You can enrich the recipe by adding bacon cubes or fresh sausage to the pan juices, to obtain a tasty second course.

Eliminate the bacon and sausage, as they add unnecessary saturated fats to the dish: the pulses already contain plenty of protein.
