50g. whole-milk yoghurt
20g. sesame seeds
1 lemon
extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper

Chickpeas - The Classic Dishes range

Classic creamy-yellow chickpeas, round with a pointed tip. Full of protein and fibre, firm, smooth and full of flavour, they are perfect served with a small amount of oil and rosemary leaves, but also for traditional soups, as a side dish accompanying fish or in ethnic recipes.


Boil the chickpeas in 1 litre of lightly salted water for around 1 hour. Soaking them overnight reduces the cooking time by half. Drain and place in the blender with the yoghurt, the lemon juice, 2 spoonfuls of oil, salt and pepper. Serve in small dishes, garnishing with sesame seeds and accompanying it with croutons or chips.
