Pineapple in syrup

Valfrutta offers you all the flavour and sweetness of pineapple in a delicious syrup. Valfrutta pineapple in syrup is ideal for creating a scrumptious mix of sweet and savoury flavours and can also be used in delicious sweets and semi-frozen desserts.

Apricots in syrup

The sweet and smooth-tasting Valfrutta Apricots in syrup are carefully selected from the best Italian apricots, picked when they are perfectly ripe. They are ideal as a delicious dessert or in a seasonal fruit salad, sweets and semi-frozen desserts.

Preparation:

Drain the pineapple and apricots (set aside the juices, which you can use in desserts) and cut into extremely small cubes. Place in a bowl, sprinkle with the ginger and leave to develop flavour. Cut the apple into slices and arrange in a fan shape on the bottom of the dishes, place a baking ring over the apple and pour in the fruit mixture: if you do not have a baking ring, you can use a mould and carefully turn it out onto the apple. Garnish with a ball of ice-cream and serve immediately.
