one onion
one garlic clove
half a glass of oil

Ingredients: Chickpeas, water, salt.

Big and tasty, Valfrutta Chickpeas are full of vitamins, fibre and essential substances for our bodies, ideal for preparing imaginative first and second courses, but also delicious appetizers and single dishes.

Valfrutta Chickpeas are available in a 400g single can.


Finely chop the onion and sauté in half a glass of oil; add the can of chickpeas, the garlic, a spoonful of tomato sauce, a glass of water and cook for 20 minutes. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water. When cooked, add the pasta and leave to boil for a few minutes. Serve hot with plenty of Parmesan cheese.
