300g. of strawberries
2 egg yolks
300g. of whipping cream
300g. of ricotta cheese
50g. of sugar
100 ml of milk
150g. ladyfinger biscuits

Peaches in syrup

Ingredients: Peaches, water, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, acidity regulator: citric acid.

Valfrutta offers you all the flavour and sweetness of the best Italian peaches. 

Valfrutta Peaches in Syrup are available in a 411g or 822g single can and in a 570g glass bottle.


Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar in a bowl, then add the ricotta cheese. Beat to obtain a foamy cream, add the whipped cream. Clean the strawberries and halve them. Cut the Valfrutta Peaches in Syrup into slices. Cover the bottom of a baking dish with a layer of the ricotta cream, dip the ladyfinger biscuits in the milk and in the peach syrup and line them up on the cream. Add a layer of fruit. Continue with the layers until all the ingredients are used. Place in the fridge for 2 hours.
