1 150g. packet of Valfrutta Iceberg Lettuce Hearts
300g. of sliced chicken breast
100g. of breadcrumbs 
1 small bunch of sage 
1 lemon 
2 spoonfuls of grated Parmesan cheese 
2 spoonfuls of baby mushrooms in oil 
extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper

Iceberg lettuce

Only the innermost and best part of the Iceberg lettuce is selected for this Valfrutta product. The deliciously crunchy leaves retain all their natural freshness and flavour. The product is already washed and cut, ready for use in a truly unique dish. Valfrutta Iceberg Lettuce Heart is grown in Italy using the integrated farming method.


Finely chop the sage and place it in a dish with the breadcrumbs. Coat the chicken breasts in the breadcrumbs and cut it in a non-stick frying pan without adding oil. Beat the lemon juice in a bowl with 4 spoonfuls of oil, the cheese, salt and pepper. Cut the chicken into strips and place them on the salad, garnish with the mushrooms and dress with the Parmesan sauce.
