3 150g. cans of Valfrutta Steamed Spelt
1 orange, 100g. of fresh Feta cheese
12 giant green olives
1 spoonful of a 400g. can of Valfrutta Garden Peas, picked and canned on the same day
several leaves of salad
extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper

Valfrutta Garden Peas are tender and sweet, because they are picked and canned on the same day. Delicious and natural, they are full of protein and fibre, for a healthy and balanced diet. Their size makes them ideal as a side dish or perfect in soups.
Place the salad on the bottom of the dish and cover with the drained spelt. Add the feta cheese cut into cubes and the peas. Peel the orange and cut into wedges, removing the membranes between the wedges, holding them over a bowl to catch the juice. Place the orange wedges in the salad and prepare the dressing with the juice, 4 spoonfuls of oil, salt and pepper. Dress and serve.
