Ingredients

1 400g. can of Valfrutta Diced Tomatoes, picked and canned on the same day
250g. of calamarata pasta
300g. of cod fillets
½ small onion 
1 bunch of basil 
1 glass of dry white wine 
1 spoonful of superfine flour 
extra virgin olive oil 
salt and pepper

Valfrutta Chopped Tomato has a fresh and intense fragrance, as it is made from only carefully selected tomatoes, picked and canned on the same day. It is delicious and ready for use, ideal for anyone who loves the consistency of big chunks of tasty tomatoes.

Preparation:

Cook the pasta, drain and cool under running water. Sauté the onion in a little oil, then add the wine, salt and pepper. Pour the flour into a bowl, add 3 spoonfuls of oil and stir to obtain a liquid batter. Pour in the wine and stir until it thickens. Add the cod, basil and tomato and cook for 2 minutes. Place the pastry rings on a baking tray and spoon the sauce into them. When ready to serve, bake in the oven for 10' at 150°.
