2 150g. cans of Valfrutta Steamed Rustic Mixed Vegetables
2 eggs
1 roll of puff pastry
100g. grated Gruyère cheese
½ glass of milk
nutmeg
salt and pepper

An intriguing and tasty mix of pulses and vegetables (Borlotti beans, Chickpeas, Peas, Carrots and Bell Peppers), with an intense and strong flavour, perfect in a simple salad or in cold dishes or savoury tarts.
1 - Line a pie dish (or 4 single dishes) with puff pastry, leaving it in the baking paper.
2 - Drain the Rustic Mixed Vegetables and place them on the pastry.
3 - Beat the eggs in a bowl with the milk, salt and pepper and a small amount of nutmeg.
4 - Pour onto the vegetables and fold the edges of the pastry inwards. Bake in the oven at 180° for half an hour.
