2 90g. doypacks of Valfrutta Raspberry and Strawberry Pure Fruit Pulp 
1 sheet of isinglas
1 orange for garnish

Preparation:

Soak the isinglass in cold water. Squeeze the orange juice into a bowl and warm it in a small saucepan or in the microwave. Drain the dissolved isinglass and add it, then add the Pure Fruit and blend thoroughly. Pour into 2 moulds and refrigerate for at least half an hour before serving. Decorate with orange slices. Can be served as a refreshing and light dessert.
