1 400g. can of Valfrutta Peaches in Syrup
100g. of flour
100g. of butter
80g. of sugar
2 eggs
30g. of bitter cocoa powder
50g. of dark chocolate 
½ packet of baking powder
1 packet of vanilla flavouring

Peaches in syrup

Valfrutta offers you the flavour and sweetness of the best peaches, carefully selected and picked when they are perfectly ripe. Valfrutta peaches in syrup are delicious at the end of a meal, as a healthy and tasty dessert, and can also be used in delicious sweets and fruit salads.


Whisk the eggs and sugar in a bowl until stiff. Add the melted butter and the chocolate and leave to warm, then add the sieved cocoa powder and flour with the yeast and vanillin. Mix thoroughly and pour into 4 buttered and floured aluminium moulds. Bake in the oven for 20' at 170°. serve with peach wedges arranged in a fan shape.
