Ingredients: Peas, water, sugar, salt.

Valfrutta Peas are so tender and sweet because they are picked and canned on the same day. A delicious and natural product which offers you natural freshness and the right amount of protein and fibre for a healthy and balanced diet.

Valfrutta Petit Pois, picked and canned on the same day, are available in a 410g single can, in a 410g can three-pack and in 370g and 580g glass jars.


Ingredients: Basil.

Valfrutta Basil is available in a 30g. resealable tray.


This is a quick second course for vegetarians and vegans and an excellent source of vegetable proteins, ideal for less experienced cooks. Leave the soya to soak in the vegetable stock for 15 minutes, then squeeze out the liquid. You can keep the stock to make a risotto. Chop the onion and sauté it in the pan with the garlic clove (if you do not like garlic, leave the clove whole and remove it when cooked) for a few minutes, add the soya balls and, after 2/3 minutes, the Valfrutta Petit Pois, picked and canned on the same day. Cover with the Valfrutta Smooth Tomato Sauce and spread, add salt and pepper and the chopped basil. Enjoy!
