50g. pitted green olives
100g. fresh cherry tomatoes
200g. orecchiette pasta
1 small bunch of parsley
extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper

The sweetest peas, split and hulled, with their typical green colour and semi-spherical shape. Delicious and nourishing, they are excellent in tasty soups and smooth creamy soups or for preparing delicious flans and side dishes.

Parsley

Ingredients: Parsley.

Valfrutta Parsley is available in a 30g resealable tray or a 100g packet.

Preparation:

Boil the peas in plenty of salted water for half an hour. When half cooked, add the orecchiette pasta and leave to finish cooking together. In the meantime, place the cherry tomatoes sliced into wedges, the sliced olives, the chopped parsley, oil, salt and pepper in a bowl. Drain the peas and dress with the sauce. Serve warm or cold in summer.
