Ingredients

1 330 glass bottle of Valfrutta Diced Tomatoes, picked and canned on the same day
300g. of pizza flour
1 packet of yeast powder
200 ml of warm water 
150g. of fresh stracchino cheese 
1 100g. packet of Valfrutta Rocket 
extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper.

Valfrutta Mini Chopped Tomato has a fresh and intense fragrance, as it is made from only carefully selected tomatoes, picked and canned on the same day. A dense, creamy and finely chopped pulp, ideal for anyone who loves the natural flavour of tomatoes.

Rocket

Valfrutta rocket is grown in Italy using the integrated farming method, and its tender leaves are picked one by one at a very early stage of growing. The plants are sown very close together, so the long and slender leaves grow in close proximity to each other, giving them a fresh and delicate flavour. The product is already washed and cut, ready for use in a truly unique dish. The lettuces are so tender because they are picked one by one at a very early stage of growing. Preparation:

1 - Place the flour in a bowl, add the yeast and add 4 spoonfuls of oil.
2 - Pour in the water and knead to obtain a smooth and elastic dough: you can use the pasta maker of the blender with the spiral whisks. Cover the bowl with a cloth, set aside and leave to rise for at least 1 hour. 

                                          

3 - Dust the worktop with flour, place the dough on the worktop and roll it out with a roller pin, dusting the surface with flour, until it is the same size as the oven tray.
4 - Grease the tray with oil (or line with baking paper) and place the rolled-out dough on it. Cover with tomato pulp and add the stracchino in pieces. Dress with oil and salt and bake in the oven at maximum temperature for around 10'. Check if the bottom of the pizza is golden brown and remove from the oven. Dress with rocket and serve.
