1 - Place the flour in a bowl, add the yeast and add 4 spoonfuls of oil.
2 - Pour in the water and knead to obtain a smooth and elastic dough: you can use the pasta maker of the blender with the spiral whisks. Cover the bowl with a cloth, set aside and leave to rise for at least 1 hour.
3 - Dust the worktop with flour, place the dough on the worktop and roll it out with a roller pin, dusting the surface with flour, until it is the same size as the oven tray.
4 - Grease the tray with oil (or line with baking paper) and place the rolled-out dough on it. Cover with tomato pulp and add the stracchino in pieces. Dress with oil and salt and bake in the oven at maximum temperature for around 10'. Check if the bottom of the pizza is golden brown and remove from the oven. Dress with rocket and serve.
