Preparation:

Boil 1.5 litres of water in a casserole and add the Fibre Soup. Add the cauliflower, the onion and the potato in cubes, salt to taste, cover and cook for 40 minutes. When cooked, add the ricotta, stir to mix and pour into the dishes. Dress with oil and pepper.
