1 400g. can of Valfrutta Petit Pois, picked and canned on the same day 
3 medium-sized potatoes 
3 spoonfuls of grated cheese 
2 spoonfuls of milk
1 teaspoon of curry powder

Prepare this recipe with:


Peel the potatoes and boil them in salted water until they are soft. Drain and mash in the vegetable masher. Place the milk, cheese, curry powder and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Pour the mixture into 4 greased moulds and form a hollow in the centre with a spoon for the peas. Bake in the oven at 200° for 20'.
